Jessi Kamea and Aliyah were slated to battle Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles. Now Jessi Kamea has been sidelined due to an injury.

Mercedes Martinez will step in as Jessi Kamea’s replacement.

Kamea has been pulled from the match and that’s a tough break for her. It wasn’t noted what her injury is.

In a video to inform fans of this situation, Robert Stone is shown slipping Mercedes Martinez an envelope full of money. That helped her make the decision to team with Aliyah.
