WWE is taking its biggest party of the summer to the big screen.
On July 21, the company officially announced a new partnership with Fandango that will bring the first-ever two-night SummerSlam to movie theaters across the country.
Fans can catch all the action from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey live on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3 at select Regal Cinemas. Tickets are already on sale through Fandango, and fans now have the chance to experience the chaos, drama, and slams like never before—on the big screen.
“WWE is one of the most electrifying global entertainment brands, and its events deserve to be experienced on the big screen,” said Fandango President Will McIntosh. “We’re thrilled to work with WWE and Regal Cinemas to bring the action-packed SummerSlam 2025 cinema presentation to fans nationwide.”
WWE is kicking off a multi-event deal with this partnership. Regal Cinemas will serve as the core theater exhibitor for SummerSlam, but other theaters are expected to join in for future Premium Live Events.
For fans attending the theater experience, there are two ticket options: single-night passes for either Saturday or Sunday, or a bundle for both nights that comes with an exclusive SummerSlam t-shirt in partnership with Fanatics.
“WWE has redefined how fans connect with live entertainment, and bringing SummerSlam to Regal’s screens elevates that experience to a whole new level,” said Brooks LeBoeuf, SVP of US Content at Regal Cinemas. “We’re excited to partner with WWE and Fandango to deliver this immersive, action-packed event in theaters — making fans feel like they’re ringside, no matter where they are.”
This year’s SummerSlam card includes the WrestleMania 41 rematch between Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Cody Rhodes, with the action streaming live at 6 PM ET / 3 PM PT on Peacock in the U.S. and Netflix internationally.
Tickets for SummerSlam in theaters are available now via Fandango, with the event hitting select Regal locations starting August 2.
