The December 30, 2025 episode of WWE NXT delivered a stacked night of action, including Joe Hendry holding a concert but DarkState ruined it by beating him down. In fact, the show saw a slight increase in viewership.
According to Programming Insider, the episode averaged 604,000 viewers on The CW Network, edging up from 602,000 viewers the previous week. Despite the small rise in total viewers, NXT saw a downturn in the crucial P18–49 demographic. The show posted a 0.07 rating, down from 0.08 on the December 23 episode.
These figures reflect only linear TV viewership on The CW Network and do not include streaming or digital viewership from The CW’s platforms.
The December 30th edition of NXT saw Joe Hendry hold a concert but it didn’t last long as DarkState made their presence felt and brutally beat down on Hendry, as their feud escalated.
Ethan Page also successfully retained his NXT North American Championship against Moose in a solid match. This and many other moments took place throughout the night.
