According to Programming Insider, the August 19, 2025 edition of WWE NXT drew 675,000 viewers on USA Network, down from 728,000 viewers on August 12. That marks a 7.3% decline in total viewership week-over-week.
In the P18–49 demographic, the show scored a 0.15 rating, a decrease of 11.8% from last week’s 0.17. Despite the dip, NXT remained steady in delivering key storyline developments leading into NXT Heatwave.
The August 19th edition of NXT saw Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe have a very heated confrontation where Grace ultimately had the last laugh, ahead of their match at NXT Heatwave.
Je’Von Evans also managed to defeat Trick Williams and he is now set to challenge Oba Femi for the NXT Championship at NXT Heatwave. This and many other moments took place throughout the night.
