The April 15 episode of NXT served as the go-home show before Stand & Deliver in Las Vegas. Another match was needed to round out the event.
NXT held a Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contenders Gauntlet Match featuring Briggs & Inamura, No Quarter Catch Crew, Hank & Tank, The Culling, and Tyson DuPont & Tyriek Igwe.
Hank & Tank won the first fall, and then the Culling came out to face them. Those two teams fought through a commercial break, and they traded a few dramatic near falls. In the end, Hank & Tank were able to win the match.
The next team in the match was No Quarter Catch Crew, and they got right to business. These two team battled through a commercial break, and neither side backed down. Then Hank & Tank pulled off a surprise win.
Briggs & Inamura joined the match next, and they were the final team in the gauntlet. Then, after a short match, Hank & Tank were able to survive and win the match. Now they will go on to Stand & Deliver.
We will have to see who walks out of Las Vegas as NXT Tag Team Champions. Nathan Frazer and Axiom have been good champions, but they will have quite a fight ahead of them at Stand & Deliver.
