The May 6th episode of WWE NXT is set to be an action-packed show. With several matches and segments lined up, the night promises tons of excitement as NXT continues to build momentum toward its next event, Battleground.
TNA World Champion Joe Hendry appeared on the April 29 episode of NXT and was attacked by DarkState. This led to WWE booking a match that will see Joe Hendry and Hank & Tank face off against Darkstate on NXT this week, so we’ll have to see who will come out on top.
WWE has booked a 25-man battle royal in order to determine the #1 contender for Oba Femi’s NXT Championship. Some of the names in the match include Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, so it remains to be seen who will end up winning the bout and challenge Femi at Battleground this month.
Jordynne Grace will duke it out against Giulia in order to determine the #1 contender for Stephanie Vaquer’s NXT Women’s Championship. Considering the history both of them have with Vaquer, fans are definitely in for a treat.
Finally, Kelani Jordan will be squaring off against Zaria in one-on-one action and whoever wins will definitely build some momentum heading into the Battleground Premium Live Event.
Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of Joe Hendry, Giulia and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss.
