WWE is making moves behind the scenes when it comes to managing its roster, with two key changes now confirmed in the company’s talent relations department.
Aggie Dent has officially been promoted within WWE, stepping up from Talent Relations Manager to Senior Manager of Talent Relations. This came directly from Dent, who shared the news on LinkedIn as she takes on a larger leadership role tied to talent coordination, communication, and overall roster operations.
“I’ve recently been promoted to Senior Manager of Talent Relations at WWE. Loving the hustle of this job. On to the next adventure…!”
At the same time, Kasey Kralik also took to LinkedIn to confirm she is stepping into a new role as Talent Relations Manager after previously serving as an Executive Assistant — a move that puts her directly into the day-to-day side of working with WWE talent.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Talent Relations Manager at WWE! Looking forward to working with such an awesome team! Thanks to everyone who has supported me :)”
This comes after Thomas Schiller was recently named Creative Director under TKO Group Holdings, taking on a role focused on the visual presentation of WWE programming, including graphics and talent entrances.
These moves show WWE tightening up how it handles its roster behind the scenes. Talent relations is a huge part of the operation — dealing with everything from travel and appearances to being the go-between for talent and management. With Dent stepping into a bigger leadership role and Kralik jumping into a more hands-on position, WWE is clearly putting focus on keeping things running smoother across the board.
