WWE has made a decision following Liv Morgan’s dislocated shoulder injury—and despite her extended absence, the Women’s Tag Team Titles are staying exactly where they are.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, Morgan has officially been pulled from all live WWE programming as she prepares for surgery and a lengthy recovery.

“With her surgery pending, multiple WWE sources have confirmed that Liv Morgan has been pulled from the road and won’t be making any appearances live on WWE programming in the near future. We are told a plan has been made for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles and they are NOT expected to be vacated as of this morning.”

Liv suffered the injury during the June 16 edition of WWE RAW in a match against Kairi Sane. The bout was cut short after Morgan dislocated her shoulder mid-match, and it’s since been reported she could be out for up to six months.

While WWE has decided to keep the tag titles active, the company hasn’t revealed how they’ll handle the championship moving forward. There’s already talk of someone stepping in for Morgan. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reported that things are wide open right now across creative.

“The entire card for Evolution II is up in the air,” Meltzer wrote.

Earlier this week, speculation began that Roxanne Perez might replace Liv Morgan and team with Raquel Rodriguez to continue the tag title run, but as of now, nothing has been confirmed.

Morgan’s injury has clearly shaken up the women’s division, and with Evolution II approaching fast, WWE is now racing the clock to rework its plans.

Should WWE pick a replacement partner for Raquel, or eventually vacate the titles? Drop your thoughts below and let us know how you’d book around Liv’s injury.
