Mr. Iguana has been a fan-favorite ever since his excellent performance at the WWE x WWE Worlds Collide event last week. In fact, it appears that WWE has significant interest in making him a regular part of their programming.
According to WrestleVotes Radio, WWE has significant interest in featuring Mr. Iguana regularly on their programming. Sources state that the company sees potential in him both from a marketing perspective and for community outreach, believing his character could connect well with younger fans.
It was also noted that fans can expect a wave of new Mr. Iguana merchandise to roll out before the end of the summer. Therefore, it’s clear WWE has huge plans for the AAA star already.

Sources confirm the company has interest in a marketing standpoint as well as a community outreach standpoint as they feel the character can connect to the younger audience. Fully expect to see a heavy dose of new Iguana merchandise before the Summer ends.”
WWE’s interest in Mr. Iguana grew after he teamed up with Aerostar and Octagon Jr. in a fast, exciting match against Lince Dorado, Dragon Lee, and Cruz Del Toro from LWO. The match was full of action, but it was Mr. Iguana’s funny personality, timing, and colorful look that really stood out and WWE clearly noticed.
It’s very obvious that WWE sees big things in Mr. Iguana and he could definitely become a money-making machine soon enough. Therefore, we’ll have to see when he will make another appearance on WWE television, as fans can’t get enough of him already.
