WWE is setting up shop at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, for a stacked weekend of action in May.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, the venue will play host to four straight nights of WWE programming, kicking off with Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24.
The action continues with NXT Battleground on May 25, followed by Monday Night Raw on Netflix on May 26. The run wraps up with NXT TV on May 27, bringing an electric atmosphere back to a venue that once served as WWE’s ThunderDome during the pandemic era.
John Cena is confirmed for one of these events, and by that time, he will have already stepped into the ring with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 for the Undisputed WWE Championship. While it’s unclear which night Cena will show up, his presence alone guarantees a must-see moment for Tampa fans.
WWE last utilized the Yuengling Center as the home of the ThunderDome, providing a unique setting for events during the pandemic. Now, the company is returning under much different circumstances, and with a loaded schedule, the crowd is in for an unforgettable few nights.
