WWE ID just added another name to its roster—Canadian wrestler Yayne Harrison has officially been signed to the program.
The announcement was made on November 7 via WWE ID’s social media, confirming that Harrison earned his spot after catching the attention of scouts at a SummerSlam week tryout.
“The newest WWE ID prospect is Yayne Harrison! Congrats to @yayne_harrison. He was initially trained at the @tcprodojo before being scouted by WWE at the IWS Training Center in Montreal. Yayne went on to earn a WWE Tryout during SummerSlam week after taking part in the Masterclass Camp at WWE ID school @EPWTC1.”
Harrison’s addition marks a major milestone, as he becomes only the second Canadian wrestler to be signed to the developmental system. With WWE ID continuing to expand globally, Harrison’s journey from local Canadian circuits to the WWE pipeline is proof that international scouting remains a huge part of the brand’s future.
