Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were recently photographed vacationing in Mykonos, Greece — but what looked like a harmless family getaway has stirred up serious backlash behind the scenes in WWE.

While the longtime WWE power couple was seen enjoying the sun, sea, and some time away from the spotlight, an update from Fightful Select revealed that not everyone in the company is thrilled the pictures went public.

“We’re told that there were also a number of people in WWE that were frustrated and upset that the pictures emerged, calling it an invasion of privacy regardless of technicalities involving legality.”

The photos, published by TMZ, show Triple H in colorful swim trunks and Stephanie McMahon in a red bikini as they relaxed and splashed around during their family trip. Though the images were taken in a public setting, some within WWE feel that it crossed a line.

Stephanie stepped away from her corporate role in WWE in 2023, while Triple H remains heavily involved in the company’s creative direction. Their Greek vacation reportedly came during a quiet stretch in WWE’s schedule. But the emergence of those images has sparked internal concern, particularly regarding the personal privacy of top talent and executives when they’re off the clock.

The issue raises a broader question about how far coverage should go when it comes to public figures in professional wrestling — especially when they’re not on company time.

Where do you stand on this? Was it fair game since Triple H and Stephanie McMAhon were in public, or did this cross the line into personal territory? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
