WWE Attempts to Keep Women’s Royal Rumble Announcement Under Wraps

Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that WWE attempted to keep the news of the Women’s Royal Rumble match under wraps, despite it being rumored online for several months.

It’s being said that a number of female talents didn’t have any clue about the announcement and only a handful of people within WWE were informed what it was going to be. Apparently the production crew had no idea either.
