Will Ospreay has responded after fellow wrestler Amira Blair launched into a string of accusations about him during a recent interview segment that quickly circulated online.
The moment happened during Blair’s appearance on WrestleZone with Ella Jay, where the two participated in a word association segment tied to Pro Wrestling EVE’s Multiverse Rumble. The match featured several unusual characters and pop culture references portrayed by wrestlers, including Session Moth Martina appearing dressed as Will Ospreay.
When Ospreay’s name came up in the segment, Blair immediately launched into a profanity-laced response, “Slut. Massive slut. Slut, slut, slut.” She continued the rant with several more accusations before the interview moved on, “W**e. H***t. Scoundrel, floozy. I don’t know what else to call them.”
The clip quickly began circulating across social media, eventually making its way to Ospreay himself. The AEW star took to Twitter to respond directly to the accusations with a short message that suggested he was more confused than anything.
“The fuck ? 🤣”
It’s unclear why Blair chose those words during the segment, as she never explained the comment or gave any reason for calling Ospreay a “slut” during the exchange. The remark is also notable because Ospreay is in a long-term relationship with fellow wrestler Alex Windsor and the two have been open about their relationship for years.
In the mean time, the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion has been away from AEW television since the aftermath of the 2025 Forbidden Door pay-per-view, where he was written off programming following an attack by the Death Riders. The storyline was used to explain his absence while he underwent neck surgery.
AEW President Tony Khan has said Ospreay is expected to return at some point in 2026, although the company has not provided an exact timeline.
What do you think about Will Ospreay’s response to Amira Blair’s accusations? Did he handle it the right way, or should he have said more? Let us know your thoughts and share your feedback in the comments.
