Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins haven’t been seen on WWE television in months—but now we know it’s not because they’re injured.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, neither member of The Street Profits is hurt. WWE simply decided to pull them from TV to give their act a creative reset.
Their last appearance came on the October 10, 2025 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where they lost to The Wyatt Sicks in a WWE Tag Team Championship match. Since then? Radio silence.
The break, however, has led to speculation—especially around Montez Ford. Back on November 12, Ford dropped a cryptic vignette on Twitter that had fans excited. Ditching the charisma he’s known for, Ford appeared in a sharp suit, sipping a drink and oozing serious, almost mob-boss energy.
The short video gave off a vibe that was slick, dangerous, and calculated—a far cry from the fun-loving high-flyer we’ve seen for years. Many fans took it as the first real sign of a solo character shift.
The Street Profits aren’t injured—they’re just waiting for the right moment to come back refreshed. And if Montez Ford’s teaser is anything to go by, that return might look very different from what fans remember.
