Why Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch Never Exchange Christmas Gifts

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch may be two of WWE’s biggest names, but when it comes to holiday traditions, they’re keeping it very simple—by skipping the gifts altogether.

In a recent interview with Clutch Points, Seth Rollins was asked about the best gift he and Lynch have given each other for Christmas. His response was instant as he revealed that he and Becky don’t gift each other on Christmas.

“Well, this is an easy one because we don’t do Christmas presents.”

According to Becky Lynch, this wasn’t a recent decision—it’s been their style since day one.

“From the get-go, we said no Christmas presents,” she explained, adding, “and it’s been great.”

For them, the decision came early in their relationship and stuck. Why? Because avoiding the annual holiday gift-giving frenzy actually reduces stress—and clutter. Rollins explained the logic:

“There’s so much pressure involved in getting a gift for your significant other, your friends, your manager, whoever it is. You’ve gotta get everybody a gift.”

By cutting that tradition out entirely, the couple feels like a “big piece” of holiday stress has been lifted off their shoulders. And as Lynch pointed out, being two successful adults with money means they can buy anything they want, saying, “If we want something, we just get it ourselves.”

Rollins joked that the interviewer wasn’t “impressed at all” by their no-gift pact—but made it clear that the gesture is still thoughtful in its own way.

“The thought is [in] the lack of pressure for the other person,” he explained. “That is the thought.”

So while others had been racing through last-minute shopping and wrapping, Seth and Becky are simply enjoying the holidays—minus the stress and wrapping paper.
