Woken Matt Hardy
After WWE somehow failed to follow up on the Ultimate Deletion, Matt Hardy will find himself competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. He’s easily one of the biggest names in the match, and while that doesn’t guarantee a win for him, it might.
Hardy could easily use the momentum to develop his character into something more than “weirdo who laughs and threw Bray Wyatt into the Lake of Reincarnation.” He could become a threat. He propels himself up the card by defeating some goons and then maybe challenging for the Intercontinental or even Universal Championship. Remember that Broken Matt Hardy was an upper-card figure back in Impact Wrestling. There’s no reason he couldn’t do the same in WWE.
