Wardlow’s Status Remains Unclear After Being Pulled From Pandemonium Pro Wrestling Event

Wardlow is out, and there’s still no clear answer why. The former AEW TNT Champion was originally scheduled to appear at Pandemonium Pro Wrestling’s The House Always Wins event on April 17, but the promotion has now confirmed he’s been pulled from the card.

In a statement posted on March 10, Pandemonium Pro Wrestling cited “circumstances outside of our control” as the reason for Wardlow’s removal. As a result, former WWE star Duke Hudson—now simply going by Duke—has taken his spot in a six-man tag match.

The reason behind Wardlow’s withdrawal remains unknown, but Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that Wardlow was backstage at AEW Revolution. While he wasn’t expected to be used, he’s been recovering from an injury and spending time in Los Angeles working on other projects. However, there’s no official word on whether he’s been cleared to wrestle.

Wardlow has been noticeably absent from AEW programming for months, leading to speculation about his future. While AEW hasn’t made any announcements regarding his status, his name continues to pop up in discussions about potential returns and creative plans.
