JCW might be known for chaos in the ring, but according to Violent J, things backstage are built on support, not competition.

While speaking on JCW Backstage Lunacy, Violent J talked about what makes JCW different from other wrestling promotions. He explained that one of the biggest strengths of the company is how the talent treats each other behind the curtain.

He said the locker room isn’t full of people trying to push each other aside to get ahead. Instead, he described an environment where wrestlers actually want to see each other succeed.

“Everybody really cares about each other, you know what I'm saying? Everybody wants to see everybody else succeed. It's not like people are stepping over each other trying to get ahead.”

Violent J went on to explain that the support system backstage is what helps the company stay strong and keeps talent coming back.

“It's like a real family environment backstage. People help each other, they talk to each other, they support each other. And I think that's one of the biggest things that makes JCW different from a lot of other places.”

His comments give fans a rare look behind the scenes and explain why many performers stay loyal to the promotion. While fans see the action in the ring, Violent J says the teamwork backstage is what really keeps everything running.

A strong locker room can shape how a company grows, especially as JCW continues trying to expand its reach and build its brand.

Do you think having a locker room that feels like family gives a promotion an advantage, or does success mostly come down to star talent? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
