Bolin says he didn’t like that Balor’s ‘special effect’ promo was cut in the middle of the ring, where the live audience was basically ignored. Vito thinks this Bray Wyatt/Finn Balor storyline is the biggest waste of talent and time he’s seen in a while. He doesn’t think Balor deserves to be on the main roster; he should be in 205 Live working with the other cruiserweights.
Vito thinks Emma is a severely under-utilized talent within WWE right now, but Russo couldn’t disagree more. He can get behind Nia Jax or Mickie James, but Emma doesn’t do anything for him. Speaking about Nia Jax, the guys wonder where Jax has been the last couple of weeks.
Speaking about The Shield’s backstage attack on Curtis Axel, Vito thinks WWE is going to throw a huge swerve at us here. Since Axel was stepped over in favour of 4 other Superstars on Team Miz, Vito thinks we might see Axel turn babyface and join The Shield for the TLC match.
Speaking about Kane’s return during the main event, Russo says this happened solely because WWE had no other way to protect both Strowman and Reigns. He knows for a fact that WWE isn’t going anywhere with this Kane return angle. He wouldn’t have minded this if it happened right off the heels of The Undertaker’s loss, but that was seven months ago.
