Vince Russo was a big part of some famous angles in WWE history. He claims that the company was even going to ignore the Montreal Screwjob until he put his two cents in. In the end, he regrets ever becoming a part of it.
Now that Vince Russo is near the end of his career, he has linked up with the Juggalos. JCW is now his home, and he’s doing press to hype their upcoming Thanksgiving week bash.
During the Ariel Helwani Show, Vince Russo was asked about his biggest regret. He was quite candid, and he gave a response that some fans may not have expected.
“Ever getting into the pro wrestling business,” Russo bluntly stated about his biggest regret. Ariel Helwani then asked him if he was serious about wishing he had never sent Linda McMahon that letter about joining WWE so many years ago, and the new face of JCW did not hold back.
“I wish I had never sent that letter to Linda. Took years off my life. But, the cherry is at the sundae later on in my career, and this is a godsend for me, JCW is a godsend, the talent, the people working behind the scenes, this is a godsend for me.”
Vince Russo went on to say that he’s had “a lot of very bad experiences” in pro wrestling. This included Hulk Hogan suing him for cutting a promo, so he’s been through it. Now that he’s with the Juggalos, Vince Russo is having a great time.
We will have to see how Vince Russo can rejuvenate Juggalo Championship Wrestling. He is certainly happy about going off on a high note. At this point, the sky seems to be the limit
