Vince McMahon may be out of WWE—for now—but he’s definitely not off the grid.
In a surprise appearance that’s sure to fuel speculation, McMahon was spotted at The Dragon’s Lair gym in Las Vegas on January 25, 2026. The gym posted a photo to Instagram showing the former WWE Chairman posing with one of their trainers, flashing a thumbs up in track pants and a t-shirt.
“When the locker room leader walks in,” the caption read, tagging the photo from their official @the_dragons_lair account.
It’s the first time McMahon’s been publicly seen in weeks, as he continues to face serious allegations stemming from a sex trafficking lawsuit that forced him to step away from WWE operations. The timing of the sighting is especially notable—just days after Logan Paul confidently claimed McMahon might still have more left in the tank.
During a recent episode of Impaulsive, Paul didn’t hold back when asked if McMahon would one day be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
“Yeah, he’ll definitely get inducted,” Paul said, then took it a step further. “I also have a weird feeling he’ll come back. I think he’d get an insane pop.”
Rapper Lil Yachty added that he had envisioned a farewell scene during John Cena’s retirement where McMahon came out for one last emotional sendoff—something Paul agreed would’ve made perfect sense.
“Bro, I thought John was going to walk through everyone, and then Vince was going to come out at the end. I thought that would have been it. I thought he was going to be waiting at the end when John went through the whole thing.”
Right now, there’s no indication McMahon is returning to WWE in any official capacity—but with sightings like this and names like Paul keeping the conversation going, the door doesn’t feel completely shut.
