Independent wrestling standout Valentina Rossi is getting another shot at the big leagues—this time at WWE tryouts.
Rossi made the announcement herself on social media, tweeting:
“Cats out of the bag!! Words cannot describe how grateful and excited I am for this opportunity 🥹🙏🏼💕 after getting injured right after my last tryout and having to start back at zero, to having the craziest year of my life, I’m ready 💪🏼 @wwerecruit”
Rossi, who debuted in 2019, has been grinding across the indie scene with stops in AEW, NWA, JCW, and ROH. Fans might remember her AEW Dark appearances, where she shared the ring with Riho, Jade Cargill, Penelope Ford, and Harley Cameron.
More recently, Rossi became a two-time NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champion, continuing to build momentum after recovering from the injury that previously derailed her first WWE tryout.
Now, after rebuilding from scratch and stacking up experience across multiple promotions, Rossi’s next chapter may be just around the corner.
