The December 29 episode of WWE RAW took place at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. The night had two title matches, with a Women’s World Title contest and a Tag Team Title match as well.

Prior to the match, Jimmy Uso approached Jey Uso backstage to get him in the mood for the contest. Jey wasn’t feeling it, and he didn’t want to put Jimmy in a bad way, but then Jimmy had to put the yeet back in him. This gave Jey Uso the energy to get at it with his twin.

This match went down as the main event of the show, and fans were more than ready for it. The contest also got a big fight feel thanks to Alicia Taylor’s ring introductions.

Fans were at a fever pitch throughout this match, because they wanted to see history. There was a very close near fall after AJ Styles kicked out of an Uso Splash. That wasn’t the end of the contest, by a long shot. Dragon Lee came back and got an advantage for the champions as Styles continued to sell.

Dragon Lee nailed a crazy suicide dive through the ropes on Jimmy Uso, leaving Jey Uso and AJ Styles in the ring by themselves. They kept going and traded kicks, and then Styles nailed a Styles Clash for another near fall.

In the end, The Usos nailed stereo superkicks on AJ Styles and a 1D to win the match. This marked their 9th reign as tag team champions in WWE. Now they will start 2026 on top of the tag team division.
