The Usos Address Possibility of Another Tag Team Run

Jimmy and Jey Uso spent the majority of their careers as a tag team and they remain a history-making team in the company. However, it’s been quite a while since they have been on a tag team run and now they have addressed possibly having another run.

While speaking to GQ Sports, Jimmy and Jey Uso were asked if they would ever consider going back on another tag team run. Jimmy Uso said both he and Jey were definitely open to it, confidently calling themselves the number one tag team in the world and in the game.

Jimmy Uso then stated just how far they’ve come, pointing out that while they were already the best tag team, now Jey Uso is also the world champion. They added that things are only getting better from here.

“For sure, man. Usos on another tag run? Look, listen—now like I said, like I said, yeah, tag team, off the bat, off the rip, number one tag team in the world, number one tag team in the game. Threw that out there, moving and grooving with it, man. You know, right now, the world champ is right here, you know, we did that. The tag team, the best tag team. Now we got the best heavyweight champion to this day, man, to do it right now, and it’s only getting better.”

A proper tag team run with the Usos has been delayed simply due to the fact that Jey Uso is having an incredible run as a singles star since he’s the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

The thought of Jimmy and Jey Uso having another tag team run is definitely exciting for fans. They most had a one-off tag team match during Monday Night Raw this year but that’s clearly not enough. Therefore, we’ll have to see when they will have another proper tag team run.
