WWE 2K24 was released last year and was a big hit with fans, living up to high expectations. As the series continues each year, excitement is already growing for WWE 2K25. In fact, 2K Games has now revealed the “Deadman Edition” of the game, featuring The Undertaker.
The WWE Games Twitter account unveiled the cover for the “Deadman Edition” of WWE 2K25. The cover shows The Undertaker wearing his iconic hat and trench coat, with a purple background featuring a full moon.
“The Deadman Rises… Again. ⚰️ No one escapes the darkness when The Undertaker arrives. Rest in peace… or don’t. #WWE2K25”
While no additional details have been shared, the “Deadman Edition” could feature different versions of The Undertaker’s characters over the years, like the American Badass or Ministry of Darkness Taker. It could also suggest that The Undertaker could be the focus of the popular Showcase mode in the game.
While WWE 2K14 had the Beat The Streak challenge, where players tried to break or defend the legendary undefeated WrestleMania streak, The Undertaker’s entire career hasn’t been fully highlighted in the games until now. Considering the fact that WWE 2K25 will shake things up in the franchise by introducing bold new features, fans can’t wait to see what other announcements will be made for the game in the coming weeks.
