The Undertaker made a rare backstage appearance at AAA’s Alianzas event on July 25 in Mexico City, giving fans a glimpse of the legend far from his usual WWE surroundings.

AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Lady Flammer shared a photo on Instagram showing herself alongside the WWE Hall of Famer at Juan de la Barrera. It was a surprise sighting of The Deadman, who typically keeps a low profile when it comes to appearances outside WWE.

This comes on the heels of The Undertaker stating he’d be open to a creative role behind the scenes in WWE. He also took part in WWE x AAA’s Worlds Collide event recently, further linking him to ongoing collaboration between the two promotions.

AAA’s July 25 show was full of big moments — including Dominik Mysterio’s unexpected arrival and attack on Vikingo — but The Undertaker’s quiet backstage presence added a layer of intrigue to the night.

Whether this appearance was just a visit or a sign of something more to come is unclear, but seeing The Phenom backstage in Mexico wasn’t something fans expected.
