Undertaker and Michelle McCool just revealed a wild family secret during an episode of their Six Feet Under podcast—and it involves power tools, parenting, and a personal wrestling ring in their backyard.
According to the WWE legends, the Deadman built McCool her very own ring as a birthday gift… but it didn’t exactly happen overnight. McCool called out how long it actually took for her husband to deliver on the surprise, roasting him with her trademark sarcasm.
“Y’all think he gives me everything I want, like, right when I want it. No, this one took, like, solid six, seven years.”
The delay didn’t go unnoticed by the rest of the family either. McCool shared a hilarious story about their young son Colt throwing some unexpected shade from the backseat of the car.
“He goes, ‘Mommy, Daddy’s a dummy.’ I go, ‘Excuse me?’ He goes, ‘Yeah, Daddy’s a dummy for building that wrestling ring.’”
It turns out the whole gift was the result of a birthday game Undertaker set up. He gave McCool three sealed options to choose from—one of which contained the wrestling ring. But as he admitted on the show, that wasn’t the one he was rooting for.
“One said, like, golf simulator. One was like a vacation. And then one was a wrestling ring, and I happened to draw…”
“Lucky me,” Undertaker interrupted. “Because I really wanted that golf simulator.”
But the real twist came when McCool started thinking about what to actually name the new training space. That’s when the idea hit her—“Nepo Valley”—a tongue-in-cheek nod to all the wrestling kids born into the business.
“I think we should call it Nepo Valley. And only Nepo babies can come train.”
Undertaker wasn’t sold on the idea of random kids showing up, even if they were technically wrestling royalty.
“I don’t wanna come home one day, and there’d just be a bunch of random people.”
McCool then joked that she might start “adopting” more kids just to boost the headcount of eligible trainees. She name-dropped wrestling babies like Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch’s daughter, Alexa Bliss’ baby, and even mentioned that Trinity is currently pregnant, adding more potential recruits to the fantasy roster.
So yeah—Undertaker may have stepped out of the squared circle, but clearly he’s still putting in work. And Michelle McCool? She’s proof that with enough patience and persistence, even The Deadman answers to his wife. Whether it’s a WWE ring or one in a custom barn, this duo isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
What do you think about Undertaker building a wrestling ring in his barn for Michelle Mc Cool? Should “Nepo Valley” become a real-life training school? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
