LA Knight may be making his presence felt at WWE WrestlePalooza after all.
According to PWInsider, Knight was spotted in Indianapolis ahead of the premium live event, leading many backstage to believe he could be involved in tonight’s broadcast. WrestlePalooza airs live on ESPN Unlimited and features five matches currently locked in, but Knight’s potential arrival could shake things up in a big way.
Knight has been entangled in a storyline with The Vision on Monday Night Raw for several months. Most recently, the faction’s enforcers Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed ambushed Knight and cost him a World Heavyweight Championship opportunity. But now there’s added tension with Jey Uso, after both men dropped each other with finishing moves on back-to-back episodes of Raw.
Given those developments, Knight’s appearance would make the most sense during the tag team match featuring The Usos vs. Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed. Whether he aligns with Jey or continues their fight remains to be seen.
WrestlePalooza marks WWE’s first PLE to stream on ESPN Unlimited and is being treated as a launchpad event. The confirmed match card includes:
Lesnar’s bout with Cena is his first match in years, adding even more unpredictability to an already stacked card. With LA Knight in town and several storylines set to converge, WWE could be planning a major WrestlePalooza moment to shake up the ESPN+ debut.
