– Dave Meltzer mentioned in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the standard offer that WWE gives to incoming wrestlers who will be used in NXT is $65,000 per year.
– Many Rose and Sonya Deville were affected by the flu outbreak that has hampered WWE talents over the past couple of weeks. However, they were both healthy enough to appear on SmackDown Live this week.
– There are no plans for Daniel Bryan to be in the Royal Rumble and he still isn’t cleared by WWE to wrestle. People were placing bets on Bryan to win The Rumble because word got out that someone within WWE actually pitched the idea despite him not being cleared.
