AEW fans will have to do without two of their top stars for the upcoming Collision and Battle of the Belts XII tapings this Thursday.

According to PWInsider, Chris Jericho and Swerve Strickland will not be part of the action in Stockton, CA.

Jericho, who continues to balance his wrestling career with his band Fozzy, is booked to perform at the Gramercy Theater in New York on the same night. Meanwhile, Swerve Strickland will also be in NYC for the New York Comic-Con and is scheduled to open for Fozzy later that evening.

Despite the absence of these heavy hitters, the double taping at Stockton’s Adventist Health Arena will still kick off with a local bell time of 7 PM, promising plenty of action for the live crowd.
