WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus turned a playful round of Bang, Marry, Kill into pure comedy—and gave some surprising answers that had fans laughing and raising eyebrows.
During the closing moments of her interview with Chris Sumlin on Hot 97.5, Trish was asked to choose between Randy Orton, John Cena, and Roman Reigns for the classic game. But before diving in, she made it clear she wasn’t about to go the usual route with the word “bang.”
“Oh god. But I don’t want to say ‘bang’ like that way. I’m going to bang him in the face.”
She quickly reframed the game into something a little more family-friendly.
“So like in a mommy PC way—bang as in hitting someone in the face. Let’s do it.”
Laughing through the segment, Trish began working through her picks. For marriage, she went with Randy Orton, citing his reputation as a good dad and partner.
“I think Randy seems like a nice family man.”
But when it came to her “kill” selection, she shocked the room with her reasoning—and it had everything to do with her daughter’s current opinion.
“Let’s murder… John Cena. My daughter hates him right now.”
She continued explaining her daughter’s intense dislike of Cena’s in-ring persona.
“He does a lot of mean things. And she’s—you know what? Every time he wins it’s just with the belt. And my 8-year-old—ugh. It’s horrible.”
And just to be safe, Trish sent a playful shoutout to Orton’s real-life wife while answering the “marry” part.
“I’m going to marry Randy Orton. Although I’m not like Kim—Kim girl, I’m not! That’s his wife.”
She ended the segment laughing, knowing the question was designed to stir things up.
“Love that. I love that. Like stop. You’re putting me in a weird spot here.”
“I wanted to. That was my goal. I had to get a little spicy.”
Trish managed to turn a game built for shock value into something that was just as funny—without crossing any lines. Between dodging awkward moments and throwing her daughter under the bus for comedic effect, she delivered one of the most memorable “Bang, Marry, Kill” responses in recent memory.
