Triple H might be one of the most intense figures in WWE history—but apparently, that discipline doesn’t stop at the gym or the boardroom. According to Stephanie McMahon, even his cheat meals are next-level strict.
On a recent episode of What’s Your Story? with Randy Orton, McMahon opened up about just how extreme her husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, is when it comes to his diet—even on cheat days. Orton, who was a guest on the show, joked that Triple H’s idea of going off-plan is barely different from clean eating.
While reflecting on their very different approaches to snacking, McMahon admitted her own sweet tooth is hard to fight. Meanwhile, her husband’s idea of indulging? Practically protein-packed perfection.
“I have such a bad sweet tooth, and you know Paul does not,” Stephanie explained with a laugh. Orton jumped in with a story that cracked both of them up.
“Let’s have a fire-baked pizza with a whole chicken breast on it,” Orton said, mimicking Triple H’s version of a cheat meal. “And that’s your cheat meal?” he added, practically in disbelief.
Apparently, McMahon’s love of sweets goes so far beyond Levesque’s that she sometimes has to sneak snacks like she’s breaking a rule in the WWE locker room.
“So I have snuck chocolate-covered almonds, not that I have to sneak it, but I feel like I have to, and he catches me almost every time…and he’s like ‘why are you hiding it?’” she admitted.
It’s no surprise that Triple H takes his diet seriously—his incredible conditioning helped him power through a 22-year in-ring career, and he’s still involved daily in the company’s top-level creative. But for Stephanie, sometimes you just need to sneak a handful of chocolate and hope the Game doesn’t catch you.
