WWE’s Paul “Triple H” Levesque is taking the spotlight beyond the ring, as he gears up to appear at the first-ever TEDSports event, running from September 9–11 in Indianapolis. The WWE Hall of Famer and current Chief Content Officer is set to headline the event, bringing WWE’s storytelling machine to a global think tank of athletes, innovators, and sports executives.

The TEDSports platform, a new venture from the TED brand, is focused exclusively on sports, transformation, and innovation. Triple H will be one of the marquee speakers, and according to TEDSports organizers, his talk will dive into the art of building rivalries, performance psychology, and how WWE crafts its global storytelling strategy across 150+ countries.

“We’re not about exchanging business cards; we’re about igniting ideas that can change the world,” said Neelay Bhatt, co-chair of TEDSports.

Patrick Talty, also serving as co-chair, explained why Triple H is the right fit for the event.

“Triple H represents precisely what TEDSports aims to showcase: the power of storytelling and innovative leadership to drive global impact.”

Levesque’s presence isn’t just symbolic—he’s been the central figure behind WWE’s creative overhaul and its massive transition to Netflix. At TEDSports, he’ll share how wrestling’s staged rivalries and character arcs translate into deeply loyal fanbases.

“In an industry reshaped by technology and evolving fan expectations, true leadership demands shunning best practices and embracing next practices,” Bhatt added. “TEDSports is for those who aren’t just looking to keep up – but to lead what’s next.”

The event is expected to draw 700–800 industry leaders to iconic venues including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Stadium, and will feature workshops, fireside chats, and immersive experiences. The full list of speakers is available through TEDSports’ website.

Triple H’s appearance is sure to bring a dose of WWE attitude to a space known for innovation and thought leadership. What do you think Triple H should touch on during his TEDSports talk? Drop your feedback and let us know in the comments.
