Triple H is trading steel chairs for grocery carts—because he’s stepping into the ring to fight childhood obesity, defend whole milk, and challenge what he calls broken nutrition advice.

Appearing on FOX News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle with guest host Kayleigh McEnany, WWE legend Paul “Triple H” Levesque didn’t hold back as he stood behind the Trump administration’s decision to reintroduce whole milk into school cafeterias, even as outlets like The Atlantic and some nutritionists raise concerns about saturated fats.

Triple H, who now serves as Vice Chair of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, pulled no punches when talking about the current health crisis in American youth.

“Yes, it’s mind-boggling when you look at those numbers, a 270 percent increase from 50 years ago. One in five kids is obese. And statistically they will spend the rest of their life obese. They will have chronic diseases because of it.”

He didn’t just sound the alarm—he pointed to the solution. Triple H argued that real change has to start early, not once problems develop later in life.

“And we can change that. And the biggest significant change you can make is exercise and nutrition. It’s not treating it down the line. It’s treating it now, while you’re young.”

As criticism mounted over bringing whole milk back to schools, Levesque stood his ground and turned the tables on the nutritional experts speaking out against it.

“I truly believe that most nutritionists that disagree with it, it’s because they were taught wrong from the beginning. They were taught nutrition in the wrong way. The flip of the food pyramid is the correct call. I just think that that is in children’s best interest.”

He didn’t stop at milk and macros. Triple H called out modern lifestyles, pleading with families to get off their phones and get active again—old-school style.

“People just need to put down their phones, get out there, exercise. These kids need to get healthy, work out, play, go outside, ride a bike, play basketball, play baseball, do something active every day. Get yourself fit. Get yourself healthy.”

He added that the payoff isn’t just physical—it’s personal development too.

“The accomplishment that you feel from doing those things will lead to success in the rest of your life. I promise you that.”

Even when faced with criticism from experts who say America’s food system is broken and fighting healthy habits, Triple H remained firm, insisting the options for better living are still there—people just need to make better choices.

“When I go to a grocery store, there are still fruits and vegetables there. There are still whole foods. There are still whole milks. There are still meats and healthy foods that you can eat. You don’t have to eat processed foods. You don’t have to eat the junk that comes along with it.”

Triple H’s nutrition philosophy boils down to something simple: rethink everything you’ve been taught, eat real food, and move your body. It’s not complicated—it’s discipline.

Do you agree with Triple H’s stance on whole milk and childhood nutrition? Is it time to flip the food pyramid and go back to basics? Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think.
