Tiffany Stratton may have gone too far during a promo aimed at Charlotte Flair—and Triple H wasn’t about to let it slide. In WWE’s Unreal series on Netflix, the drama behind the scenes was exposed when Stratton dropped an off-script bombshell about Flair’s failed marriages—and it triggered serious fallout.
During a promo leading up to WrestleMania 41, Stratton hit Flair with the stinging line about being “0-3 in marriages,” which wasn’t part of the original plan. The remark clearly blindsided Charlotte Flair, and the show captured the real-life consequences that followed. Triple H didn’t hesitate to address the situation behind closed doors.
“So I need Tiffany to understand that’s obviously not how we do this, right? So she needs to apologize to Charlotte, and they need to get on the same page.”
The Game emphasized that personal jabs—especially ones involving real-life pain—cross the line, even in the world of pro wrestling. Charlotte Flair later admitted that the line hit her hard and left her devastated. Even Ric Flair wasn’t happy about it either and publicly called out Stratton for taking the cheap shot.
The friction between Stratton and Flair may have added heat to their storyline, but even WWE knew the line went too far. In the end, Stratton was made to apologize, and the two Superstars eventually smoothed things over.
