Natalya isn’t holding back praise when it comes to Triple H and his hands-on approach to WWE creative.

Speaking with Bill Apter on Wrestlebinge, the longtime WWE veteran revealed how Triple H’s leadership has changed the game behind the scenes—especially when it comes to storytelling.

Natalya explained how easy it is to approach Triple H with creative ideas, and more importantly, how seriously he takes those suggestions.

“We were talking about something a couple days ago. I was asking him a question and I was suggesting an idea to him. And that’s the thing I love about Triple H is that you can just go up to him and bring up an idea and he’ll listen to you and he’ll—he’ll hear you out and he’ll tell you why he likes it, he’ll tell you why he doesn’t.”

According to her, it’s not just about throwing out matches—it’s about making sure there’s meaning behind them. “And he’s very—he’s very, very much about the story.”

Natalya mentioned the point again later in the interview, circling back to another recent exchange with Triple H.

“I’ve actually said that to Triple H. Like we were talking about something a couple days ago. I was asking a question and I was suggesting an idea to him, and that’s the thing I love about Triple H is that you can just go up to him and bring up an idea and he’ll listen to you and he’ll—he’ll—he’ll hear you out and he’ll tell you why he likes it, he’ll tell you why he doesn’t.”

Again, she reinforced what truly matters to him: “And he’s very—he’s very, very much about the story. And um, you know, he was saying that the matches don’t mean anything unless there’s a story.”

She used the current storyline between Naomi and Jade Cargill as proof that storytelling still sells in wrestling. “That’s what you’ve really seen with Naomi and with Jade is that their match is actually very anticipated because they’ve had a beautiful story leading up to this.”

Triple H might run creative now, but according to Natalya, he hasn’t lost the human touch—and that’s making all the difference. When someone like her, a veteran with decades of experience, says he actually listens and prioritizes story over spectacle, it shows just how much WWE has changed under his leadership. And if Naomi and Jade Cargill’s feud is any indication, the stories are only getting better from here.
