AJ Styles’ surprise WWE Hall of Fame announcement just got an official seal of approval from Triple H — and his message made it clear how much “The Phenomenal One” means to the company.

One night after The Undertaker stunned fans on WWE RAW by announcing Styles as part of the 2026 Hall of Fame class, Triple H took to social media on February 24 to publicly congratulate him. The WWE Chief Content Officer reflected on Styles’ career and legacy in a heartfelt post.

“I’ve often said you can’t live up to your full potential in this business without being hated by some. AJ lived up to his full potential and expand is absolutely loved by everyone.”

Triple H continued by praising Styles beyond just his in-ring résumé.

“AJ’s unselfish, undying passion for this business extends past his in-ring ability. He’s a locker room leader and the standard for what you look for in a Superstar.”

“Thank you, AJ…and welcome to the @WWE Hall of Fame! @AJStylesOrg”

The post followed what was already an emotional night in Atlanta. Styles had officially said goodbye to in-ring competition just weeks earlier after his retirement match against GUNTHER at the 2026 Royal Rumble. RAW on February 23 was structured as a tribute to his career, culminating in The Undertaker’s shocking Hall of Fame reveal — a moment that reportedly was kept secret from Styles himself.

Now, with Triple H publicly honoring him and Stephanie McMahon already confirmed for the 2026 class, this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony is shaping up to be a major celebration of legacy.
