Tony Schiavone isn’t holding back when it comes to his thoughts on Toni Storm’s shocking performance at AEW Collision: Homecoming.

During the show, AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May and Storm had an intense confrontation that ended with May attacking her mentor. But Storm had a trick up her sleeve, revealing that she had been acting since her return at AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming. Dropping the façade, she declared it was “the performance of a lifetime” before vowing to defeat May at AEW Grand Slam: Australia.

Speaking on his What Happened When podcast, Schiavone made it clear that the segment was something special. “I think it’s absolutely one of the best segments we have ever done. I told RJ City, who obviously works hard with those two girls, he’s a great talent, I told him, ‘Buddy, that was a f**king ten. Just a ten,’” he said.

With Toni Storm fully stepping into her Timeless role and Mariah May proving she’s more than just a protégé, AEW Grand Slam: Australia is shaping up to be a major showdown. Tony Schiavone calling the segment a “f**king ten” only adds to the hype. But was it really the performance of a lifetime, or is AEW pushing the narrative too hard?
