AEW might be going global in a big way if Tony Khan gets his wish.

During an interview with Sportico, the AEW President was asked about which international markets he sees as prime territory for expansion. After praising AEW’s core U.S. market and its partnerships with Warner Bros. Discovery through TBS, TNT, and HBO Max, Khan pivoted to discussing regions the company hasn’t touched yet—but clearly wants to. Khan made it clear there are a few dream locations at the top of his international wish list.

“But there’s also some untapped markets, so it’s a great question that you’re asking. I think that we’ve never done a show in France. I’d love to go to Paris for AEW and all over France. I’d love to go to Germany, which has a great wrestling market. There’s a lot of great wrestling fans in Germany. I think that’d be a great place for us to have AEW at some point.”

This came after he reaffirmed the strength of AEW’s presence in North America, Japan, Mexico, the UK, and Australia—markets AEW has consistently drawn talent and fans from. But for now, it sounds like France and Germany might be next in line for some All Elite action.

With AEW already selling out venues like Wembley Stadium in London, Khan’s global ambitions are clearly expanding—and Paris might be next on the tour. AEW taking over Paris or Berlin? That’s a headline that writes itself.
