AEW is setting up shop in Chicago this summer with a multi-week residency at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom. The Chicago Sun Times reports that AEW will run six shows from July 16 to July 31, featuring three episodes of AEW Dynamite and three episodes of AEW Collision.

In a statement to the Sun-Times, AEW CEO Tony Khan expressed his excitement about bringing a residency to Chicago, saying, “It’s a dream come true to be able to do weeks of AEW television at the Aragon Ballroom. I would never try this in a city where we didn’t have the most support; that’s why Chicago is a perfect place to try this.”

Khan also mentioned how strong AEW’s television product has been in 2025, adding, “We’ve got great fans, great support, and this has been the best year of AEW television from the start of the year up until now.”

Tickets for the residency will go on sale Monday, May 19, with a limited number of six-day packages available. Fans can sign up for AEW Insider to get presale access.
