Toni Storm and Mariah May had an incredible feud that ended with Storm beating May at AEW Revolution 2025. May would go to WWE afterwards and is now known as Blake Monroe and now Toni Storm has revealed her thoughts on her current run in WWE.
While speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Toni Storm talked about her turbulent past with Mariah May, describing their relationship as full of fights, broken glass, and painful memories.
Storm called Mariah the most cold-hearted person she had ever met and said she was glad to have completely ended that chapter of her life. Storm added that she now admires Mariah’s WWE work as Blake Monroe, though she doesn’t follow it closely. For Toni, the biggest positive is that Mariah is firmly in the past and no longer part of her life.
“Well you know, we’ve all had relationships like Mariah. At a point that ended—fights, broken glass, bloody kisses. What can I say about Mariah? She’s the single most evil, cold-hearted b**** I ever met in my life. I’m glad I banished her; I really did compromise her to a permanent end. But I’m a big fan of Blake Monroe. Do I keep tabs? I’ve seen a bit, but I don’t study it religiously. It’s wonderful. Yes, of course it’s positive—she’s gone, she’s not here anymore.”
With Mariah May completely behind her, Toni Storm is now focused on staying on top in AEW. Even though she admits she enjoys Blake Monroe’s current run in WWE, Storm’s attention is on her next big challenge. In the meantime, Storm will defend her AEW Women’s Championship at All Out, so we’ll have to see how she will fare in the match.
