TNA World Title Match & More Booked For June 3 WWE NXT

The May 27 episode of WWE NXT delivered plenty of drama, but the next edition of the show is already shaping up to keep that energy going. With no offseason in sight, two major matches are locked in for June 3—and they both come with serious stakes.

First up, Trick Williams will defend the TNA World Championship against Mike Santana. The two have been on a collision course ever since Santana’s arrival in NXT, and now they’ll finally clash with the title on the line. Fans already got a taste of Santana’s grit in his NXT debut, and he’s not shy about wanting to bring the TNA title back to its roots.

Myles Borne will face Charlie Dempsey in a grueling rounds match. If Borne manages to win, he’ll be free from the grip of the No Quarter Catch Crew. That stipulation has fans invested, especially after weeks of tension between Borne and the group.
