TNA iMPACT delivered a wild night at Full Sail University on February 20, and the action didn’t stop when the cameras went off. After the live broadcast, TNA taped the February 27 episode of iMPACT Wrestling.
Things escalated quickly when Mance Warner and Sami Callihan’s match ended in a no-contest. Security had to separate them, leading to Santino Marella stepping in and making Warner vs. Callihan official for Sacrifice.
Mike Santana picked up a win over Oro Mensah, while Steve Maclin defeated KC Navarro in a match that saw Eric Young, Sinner, and Saint observing from the stage. Maclin cut a promo afterward, reflecting on his history with Full Sail—a moment that may have been just for the live crowd, but could still make it to TV.
Tessa Blanchard had her first singles match in four years, defeating Kelsey Heather. Meanwhile, The System’s promo took an unexpected turn when The Colons interrupted. Instead of starting a rivalry, The Colons made it clear they wanted to work with The System, and just like that, a new faction was formed.
The Knockouts Tag Titles were on the line as Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) retained against By Elegance (Ash & Heather), forcing them to become Spitfire’s personal concierge.
Frankie Kazarian got a big win over Ace Austin after tensions flared at ringside between Ace and NXT’s Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe. After the match, Wes Lee, Tyson, and Tyriek jumped Ace, only for Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz to make the save.
Ryan Nemeth made a brief appearance to hype up his brother Nic Nemeth’s return, confirming it’s just 15 days away.
The main event of the tapings saw The System (Moose, Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) defeat The Hardys & Oba Femi in a chaotic six-man tag. The match saw Myers shove Jeff Hardy onto the referee just as The Hardys had Moose ready for a three-count. The Colons got involved, leading to Moose spearing Matt Hardy for the win. After the match, JDC celebrated with The System, but the celebration didn’t last long.
Joe Hendry and Elijah ran out to clear the ring, and Santino Marella wasted no time making big matches official for Sacrifice.
Hendry closed out the night speaking to the crowd, sending them home on a high note.
With TNA Sacrifice shaping up to be a loaded event, the road to March 14 just got a whole lot more unpredictable.
