TNA Wrestling’s Genesis pay-per-view is right around the corner, but the lineup has already seen some major last-minute shakeups—thanks to unexpected travel issues.

According to earlier reports, Dani Luna was unable to make it to Texas for the AMC debut or Genesis due to travel complications. As a result, her scheduled Knockouts World Title match against Léi Yǐng Lee has been scrapped. But the title will still be on the line—because Lee signed an open challenge contract for the show. That’s when two names from WWE NXT—ZARIA and Sol Ruca—stepped up

Also off the card is X Division Champion Leon Slater, who was set to defend in a three-way against Cedric Alexander and Moose. Now, Joe Hendry will replace Slater in the match. Cedric is still promised a title opportunity at a later date.

In a new match added to the card, Mara Sadè will face Ryan Nemeth in singles action.

Here’s the updated Genesis 2026 card:

  • J.D.C.’s Retirement Match: J.D.C. vs. Eddie Edwards
  • Three-Way Match: Joe Hendry vs. Moose vs. Cedric Alexander
  • Elijah vs. Mustafa Ali (with Tasha Steelz, Jason Hotch, John Skyler & Agent Zero)
  • TNA World Tag Team Championship: The Hardys (c) vs. The Righteous
  • TNA Knockouts World Championship: Léi Yǐng Lee (c) vs. ZARIA (with Sol Ruca)
  • A.J. Francis vs. Rich Swann
  • Mara Sadè vs. Ryan Nemeth

Genesis takes place January 17th, and with all the last-minute switches, it’s shaping up to be even more unpredictable than expected.
