Richard Holliday might be the next big name to join TNA Wrestling, as internal talks about bringing him in have reportedly picked up serious traction.
According to Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated’s The Takedown, multiple TNA sources have confirmed that Holliday’s name has come up frequently backstage, with several members of the locker room actively pushing for the company to sign him. He’s considered a strong addition to the roster, especially after his high-profile run on the U.S. indie scene.
While formal contract negotiations haven’t been confirmed, a pitch has already been floated to align Holliday with The Elegance Brand, a faction that continues to build steam on TNA television. That potential fit has been well-received within certain circles inside the company.
TNA has been aggressively expanding its roster since kicking off its AMC era, recently debuting names like Elayna Black and Daria Rae. Holliday, with his strong mic work and previous national TV experience, would bring a polished presence to the mix.
Holliday previously announced his departure from GCW last summer after a run that began in 2023. Though he didn’t capture championship gold, he competed in top-level matches—including a world title bout in his debut—and left the promotion with momentum.
