With TNA Wrestling set to premiere on AMC starting January 15, 2026, the promotion is kicking media promotion into overdrive—and now fans might have a wild crossover to look forward to.
During an appearance on Counted Out, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella revealed that there have been internal discussions about bringing AMC show characters into the world of TNA Wrestling.
“So there is talk about having characters from some of their flagship programs appear on our program which is cool. That’s cool.”
While Marella didn’t confirm specific characters or storylines, AMC’s catalog is loaded with recognizable IPs—from The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, to Better Call Saul Employee Training and even Bottomless Brunch at Colman’s. The possibilities are as unpredictable as they are entertaining.
This isn’t the first time wrestling has flirted with TV crossovers, but it would mark a bold and bizarre new era for TNA if iconic AMC figures step into the ring—or at least into a backstage segment.
Meanwhile, on the latest TNA iMPACT, Marella faced a more personal kind of betrayal when his real-life daughter Arianna Grace turned on him, leaving him laid out in the ring. With drama already heating up on-screen, adding AMC characters to the mix could make for explosive (and viral) TV.
Would you be down to see AMC characters like Saul Goodman, Negan, or someone from The Walking Dead show up in TNA? Who do you think would thrive in the wrestling world? Sound off in the comments!
