Jinder Mahal won the six-pack challenge on tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live to earn a shot the WWE Title at next month’s WWE Backlash event. Mahal will face the winner of Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt, which takes place at the April 30th WWE Payback event.
The winner of Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens at WWE Payback will defend the United States Championship against AJ Styles at the event as well.
WWE Backlash takes place on May 21st at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. As always, we will be providing live play-by-play coverage of the event.
