Tiffany Stratton isn’t just chasing gold inside WWE — she’s stepping back into the bodybuilding world again as well.
On February 19, 2026, Stratton took to TikTok to reveal she is officially preparing for her second bodybuilding competition. According to the SmackDown star, she’s currently nine weeks out from stepping back on stage. In the video, Stratton is seen taking pre-workout, hitting the gym, and training shoulders and triceps before finishing with cardio — making it clear this isn’t a casual side project.
“I’m currently nine weeks out from my second bodybuilding show ever. I’m going to step on stage again and just kind of see where things are at. I remember I fell in love with bodybuilding, and then I got signed with WWE and couldn’t really do both at the same time.”
Stratton explained that earlier in her career, balancing WWE and competitive bodybuilding wasn’t realistic. But now, she feels the timing is right.
“Now I feel like I’m in a position where I can balance it. So I’m going to take you guys with me for my workout. We’re training shoulders and triceps — and doing a little bit of cardio afterward.”
This comes after Stratton picked up a major win on WWE SmackDown on February 6, 2026. During a Triple Threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Lash Legend and Chelsea Green, Stratton secured the victory after landing her Prettiest Moonsault Ever.
With Elimination Chamber set for February 28, 2026, at the United Center in Chicago, Stratton is simultaneously preparing for the high-stakes match and a return to competitive bodybuilding. Balancing both worlds won’t be easy — but Stratton appears ready to prove she can dominate in and out of the ring.
