Tiffany Stratton isn’t letting online hate mess with her peace.

During an appearance on Busted Open Radio, the WWE star broke down how she handles the constant scrutiny and negativity that comes with being in the spotlight—especially on social media.

Stratton admitted that the trick is avoiding the one platform where things tend to get ugly: X, formerly known as Twitter. Instead, she leans on her inner circle and stays grounded through apps that don’t come with the same toxicity.

“So I actually — I have a good support system. I have my family, my friends, and I kind of just lean on them or I completely sign off,” she said. “Like I really don’t go on Twitter that much just because I’m not really a fan of Twitter — or X, whatever you want to call it. I’m mostly on TikTok, and TikTok is like my safe space. There is no wrestling. It’s all just reality TV trends, dances, and stuff like that.”

While many WWE stars try to stay connected to fans on all platforms, Stratton’s not afraid to admit she’s tuned out the noise. She explained that Instagram doesn’t really give her trouble, but X is where most of the negativity lives.

“So I really don’t scroll that often. And Instagram isn’t really bad. It’s honestly mostly X. So I don’t really go on X and it doesn’t really — it doesn’t really bother me.”

By limiting her time online and surrounding herself with positivity, Stratton is staying focused on her career without letting the trolls get in her head.
